Overview
Sylvia is a voice-activated AI property search feature built and shipped for Skyloov, the UAE's fastest-growing real estate platform, to transform how users discover properties through natural conversation.
Launched in 2024 and still actively used today, the feature replaces traditional filter-heavy flows with a conversational, hands-free experience that lets users find properties simply by speaking, the way they naturally think and communicate.
The design goal was to reduce search friction, improve accessibility, and position Skyloov as a technology-first proptech platform within the UAE market, a move recognized by regional media and validated by real estate stakeholders across the industry.
The Challenge
• Traditional property search experiences can feel overwhelming and overly dependent on complex filters
• Users often struggle to express their needs through static search forms and dropdowns
